Думаю мы тут оба русские
Возможно проблема с тактовым генератором - фузы в меге слетели и выставлены на другой источноик тактвых импульсов.
1. Самое простое это собрать AVReal и использовать возможность внешнего тактирования МК в нем.
2. Либо можно на время программирования подсоединить к меге в yampp'е внешнее тактирование от другого рабочего девайса с той же тактовой частотой.
3. Последений вариант это собрать парралельный программатор.
Вообще спалить AVR'ку перепрошивкой невозможно, надо просто правильно ее оживиить

Спасибо Егор.
Но дело было всетаки в Atmeg`е какие кварцы только не ставил не помогало, я спалил и винт( который поменял по гарании) и meg-у, пришлось купить новую (купил 162-ю), запаял я её и все заработало плеер работает как раньше.
Все равно спасибо!!!

I'm still thinking that your mega is alive but with wrong fuse settings and firmware. Try to find 12v parallel programmer and reprogram it.

Да нет Atmega мертв на 99% т.к. на плату было подано напряжение 12в у меня нет стабилизатора MTD20P03HDL и поэтому я подавал питание через 7805, но его пробило и отсюда вся каша и с винтом тоже.
я использую наш Российский МТ-16s2d он с подсветкой на контроллере Samsung KS0066 - это аналог контроллера Hitachi HD44780.
а как понять "Не буду сердить не понимающий нас народ" -это адресованно всем кто не говорит по-русски?
