I have absolutely no problems in buying it online from Jelu, and probably that's what I will end up doing. The question was motivated more for the need to acquire them fast, rather than their origin. In fact I have already registerd at Jelu store, and now I can see parts rates in US Dollars
I went through documentation for yampp7 + Color LCD, and it appears that I will need to order kit rather than assembled because I need to replace the processor with ATmega162L. The Nokia 6610 Color LCD is available on eBay for ~$25 + Shipping. (I didn't see it listed on Jelu). I am still not sure how to make the step up converter to drive LCD backlight. The documentation talks about converter based on LT1937 - but I don't know how to go about it. I will search the board about it.
Thanks.
