MP3 player design specialist needed

Hi all,

We require a custom designed MP3 player. The requirements are as follows. The player must be:

- Powered by a car battery via the cigarette lighter (no on board battery required);
- Able to read MP3 files off a CompactFlash card;
- Respond to user input (four buttons in total);
- Interface with a Rs-232 or USB GPS unit.

The player must poll the GPS unit for a position, then compare that position to a masterfile held on the CF.  If a match is found, the player must output the specified MP3 file via an FM radio transmitter on a set frequency (to be picked up by car stereo).

Basically I want a player the can play my grandma's favourite song when, for example, I pass the post office box around the corner heading north.  The product won't be used in this way obviously, but hopefully it gives you an idea of what is required.

We are willing to pay for all costs and labour involved in this project.  More specific details can be made available when you email us as this product is intended for commercial release.
