Good news!
I obtain the VS1011E for my YAMPP-3/U.
And this new EQ code has been tested by me.
It's working fine!

This is new EQ code for VS1011, prepared for upload to YAMPP.

You can see it and say what's wrong?

Upload code as is version EQ for VS1001, - write to "wasteland_start" on HDD.
Not tested by me, yet, because i'm still ordering VS1011 ;)
I try upload this new code to my YAMPP on VS1001. Result: not working.

Interesting information I found:

If I upload this code into the VS1011E, it's may be work?
And, of course, I don't forget corrected in the firmware AICTRL register number:

Please help!
I decided to make some modifications in my Yampp-3/USB, - change VS1001K to VS1011E, which faster.
In this way, how i understand, the serious problems is not seems to be, but...
'Loudness Mode' and downloadable EQ is no more working, if using the old firmware :'(
I need the firmware modification for YAMPP-3/USB with support new VS1011E chip and "user code EQ"
I'm not a programmer, but i try...

Sunlike SG12864ABLT-HB-Z graphic LCD connected to my YAMPP-3/USB & working !

Original backlight on this LCD was changed from yellow-green led to white led: very nice look !
And I add Russian national chars for this display and all other supported display types (big thanks MIS & Marlboro Man) !

Hi, all! I need help.
I have a question about YAMPP-3/USB:
I want to use 16 MHz crystal on ATMEGA162. What are the changes I must to do in source files (lib’s) of YAMPP firmware v.153?
And Fuse settings for ATMEGA162 also must be changed?

This is two-sided PCB for YAMPP-3/USB and 3,5'' HDD, designed in Sprint Layout ver. 4.0
Top side I make with laser printer technology.
Bottom side I make manually (with special marker for PCB).
On this board LP2980-3.0 replaced by LM317LMX (SO-08 package, 100mA).
5v switching power supply was removed.

Player works fine!  :D
I try FAT32 and YADL versions, displays SunLike SC2004C or Nokia 3310 LCD.
And I use 30MHZ crystal on VS1001K for normal playing 320kbps or VBR MP3's.
