  • Returning from USB connection does not update the screen. Still displays the same thing that was displayed the moment the usb cable was plugged in. Idea: display something like "USB active" right before activating the USB support. And go back to main screen afterwards.

Does it return from USB connection mode ? :o
I think I have to remove the battery. :(

global.h, line 87:
#define      ID_VERSION   "0.35"  ;)

in the compiled firmware form the archive ypod_0.40.zip, the version is correct, so:
are you sure that we have v0.40 on SVN?  :(

If you could post a JPG with the icon set,
(like this http://www.myplace.nu/mp3/yabbse/index.php?topic=3241.msg14442#msg14442 ),
we can see it without the need of downloading all bmy files on ours ypods.

(remove card from ypod, insert card in card reader, download files, remove card from card reader, insert card in ypod
=> to many steps :( )

General Discussion / Re: Working/Nonworking Memory Cards

@RES
this is an old problem, solved a long time ago.

after a lot of research, Jesper found the problem in code.
it was not a card problem, it was a bit not well read (the archive bit from FAT info)
it was solved in second firmware release.

You need to have a 64*64 BMY image in the same folder as the music. It can have any name, but it must be a .BMY file.
...

So, BMP or BMY  ???
